Balloon 6

Thank-you, Lord, for baby Seth.

Seth is our "little fat baby."  Compared to his brother, he seemed huge.  Turns out he is average.  Straight up 50% tile.

I love how whenever I come home from work, he can't drop what he is doing fast enough so he can come running to see me.  He has just learned to walk so he comes running with that new toddler wobble, arms out, huge smile, and squealing with excitement.

He also has his mother's spirit.  Strong willed, he wants what he wants and he wants it now.  When he is in that mood, I usually let his mother deal with him so they can match wits.

He is learning so much now and talking a lot.  He is so polite.  He says "tank-oo" when he gives you something.  I think that really comes from us saying "thank-you" every time we take something away from him that he shouldn't have.  My favorite is when he shouts for Levi.  It sounds more like "EEEEE-IIIIII."  And he sings the ei-ei-o part of  Old McDonald.  Every day is something new and I can't wait to see how his personality develops.

Please give me the wisdom and patience to be a good daddy to him.  Don't let me screw him up.

Thank-you, Lord, for baby Seth.
